The registration with ANIMALDATA.COM requires the examination of the microchip number by a veterinary surgeon.

Therefore only registered veterinary surgeons and pet-owners, holding a transaction-number (TAN), which can be obtained from a veterinary surgeon, can register at ANIMALDATA.COM.
